The Reservoir of Clarkston, will be the 1st EHDA community acquisition. This community will be a 372 unit community, secluded in the culturally diverse City of Clarkston. The Reservoir of Clarkston will offer 1 bedroom, 2  bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. 

In addition to the spacious units The Reservoir of Clarkston, will offer, a community center, swimming pool, basketball court, football field, playground and a community store.
