About the General Manager's Office
A traditional non-profit organization is directed by a Board of Directors and an appointed Executive Director. The Indian Forest Companies Inc is uniquely organized and is the only organization in its kind to be organized as such. The highest position of authority and leadership in the organization is the Office of the General Manager.
The General Manager, serves an indefinite term and the Founding General Manager (Dr. Antwon Kitchen), enjoys the honor of serving until he steps down or dies in office. After the conclusion of his term, Dr. Kitchen either chooses a successor or a successor is elected.
If the election process is invoked, the general members shall submit two candidates to the attention of the governance committee, who in turn will submit these names to the Board of Directors for approval. When the two candidates have been qualified and chosen, those two candidates are then voted upon by the general members. If the members do not vote for either candidate, the process starts over. A majority vote of the active general members is required to obtain the office of General Manager. On Inauguration Day, the General Manager will be required the following oath "Willingly do I solemnly swear, that I will faithfully execute the Office of General Manager and will to the upmost of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the constitution of the Indian Forest Companies Incorporated".
About the General Manager
Dr. Antwon B. Kitchen, serves as the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Indian Forest Companies Incorporated. He also serves in the role of Principal Managing Officer of the Eagles Housing Development Association. Dr. Kitchen has served as leader of the Indian Forest Companies Inc (FKA The Indian Forest Club Association) for twenty three years. Prior to his service to the Indian Forest Companies, he served as Chairman and CEO of the Intense Wrestling Federation. In this capacity, he was able to make the organization, the largest backyard wrestling company in Georgia. In a dual effort, he was also a member of the active wrestling roster. His accomplishments in IWF span from several IWF Championship reigns (17), one reign as ICW World Heavyweight Champion among other championship accomplishments (Intercontinental Champion, European Champion, Tag Team Champion and Hardcore Champion). At Resurrection VII, in a championship unification match, he unified the IWF Championship and the ICW World Heavyweight Championship to become the 1st ever Undisputed IWF Champion.

Dr. Kitchen is not only a leader in the community but also a leader in the religious community as well. He serves as the Senior Pastor of AWAKE Community Church and First Assistant Presiding Bishop of One Faith Covenant Fellowship International. His heart and passion, is to change the world, one city at a time.
