GM finalizes plans for Brannon Hill Acquisition

Released from the Office of the Executive Director of Public Relations, the General Manager has begun finalizing plans to acquire and renovate Brannon Hill Condominiums located at 1000 Old Hampton Drive, Clarkston, GA 30021. This will be the 1st and largest community in the EHDA Georgia Region. Plans include the rebuilding of 389 units, with 70% being LIHTC (low income housing tax credit), the implementation of EHDA's first police department unit, a community center, pool, basketball court, kickball field and community store. This is just to name a few amenities, that will take place at what will soon be The Reservoir of Clarkston
