Board of Directors Nominations to be finalized Nov 30th

In accordance with the constitution of the Indian Forest Companies Inc, the General Manager intends to finalize his nominations for the Board of Directors on November 30th. The Board of Directors, is a 12 member body, appointed by the General Manager, and confirmed by the general members, for a term of three years. Once confirmed, the Board will begin their tenure on January 6th, 2024 to conclude on January 6, 2028 with a nomination qualifier on November 2027.
