Dr. Harralyn Rawls-Swinger is the Chief of Staff to the Office of the General Manager of the Indian Forest Companies Incorporated. She is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations and management of the Support Office of the General Manager and will strive to advance the General Manager’s fiscal year executive agenda. The Chief of Staff will assist the General Manager with strategic priorities and will prioritize and monitor tasks related to the execution and implementation of a broad agenda. He/she will approach work with a cross-functional (department, organization and community) mindset and will assume primary responsibility for selected projects and initiatives as directed.

            The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted senior advisor to the General Manager. He/she will provide oversight on time sensitive issues and initiatives that include cross-functional, organizational and community dimensions. The Chief of Staff is also responsible for building and sustaining an effective support structure for the General Manager.
