The Eagles Housing Development Association, a division of the Indian Forest Companies Inc., is designed with a vision in mind to maintain and develop safe, orderly and productive community living environments. This association serves as the management group and development unit for all multi-family and single family houses that the Indian Forest Companies will acquire and add to its portfolio. In our first year of operations, our goal is to acquire, renovate and operate eleven (11) multi-family communities. Our concept to community living will bring about a new opportunity to our residents. A free resident services program managed by a full time resident services manager will be implemented. Our biggest asset to our communities, is the commissioning of our own police department that will hold the great responsibility of patrolling and protecting our residents and assets on a daily 24 hour basis.
The Indian Forest Companies Inc, is changing the culture everywhere including multi-family housing. The Eagles Housing Development Association, is not only our construction/development group, but also a management group. our ultimate vision is to change and advance the way we provide multi-family, low income housing.

We will focus on needs improvement, abandoned or mismanaged communities within the means of the State of Georgia

We will make all of our communities safer by providing a 24-hour police patrol department. These officers are trained and employed by the Indian Forest Companies

In addition to our low income feature, every EHDA community will have a full time resident services program designed to aide and assist all families.
